We strive to develop students to live a life that is Presence-Driven, Life-Giving and Spirit-Empowered to make the greatest eternal impact through the global church.
Through our partnership with Indiana Wesleyan University, School of Leadership students can choose from more than 39 marketplace and ministry degree programs across 12 disciplines, including associate and bachelor’s degrees.
What you will experience
The School of Leadership provides a hands-on learning environment within a vibrant and intentional Christian community. In addition to academic coursework and spiritual formation, students participate in innovative and interactive training in Discipleship, Theology, and Leadership designed by the leadership team at The Woods Church.
Through a combination of classroom learning, ministry and community engagement, and leadership development, students gain practical skills and real-world experience while serving in a variety of leadership tracks. School of Leadership is committed to providing meaningful, career-relevant internship opportunities that allow students to learn through apprenticeship, receive mentorship from experienced leaders, and build valuable professional experience.
By combining humble service with intentional leadership development, students cultivate practical life skills, strengthen relational competencies, and gain the confidence to lead effectively in a variety of vocational and ministry contexts.
